	Watch Rick's first TV spot, "Every Vote Counts".  In 2005, the Legislature limited your right to vote in primary elections (H.B. 2614) and Rick Metsger was the only candidate for Secretary of State to fight against it.
As Secretary of State, Rick will work to repeal these limitations and ensure that your right to vote is not limited.
